? Why do I have to login with Steam?
To identify users on Dota2ProTracker and to save them the burden of having to register for an account, we use Steam as an identity provider. The Steam login is a secure authentication method - when you login with Steam, Steam only shares your public Steam ID, Avatar and Username with us, nothing else. Once you are logged in, we can link your Steam account to your subscription and payments and make sure you don't see any ads.
? Can I pay or subscribe via Crypto?
Currently automated processing of subscriptions and payments is only possible via Stripe. If Stripe is not available in your country, we can arrange Crypto payments. Since this involves manual processing, we only offer this for 6-month passes or longer. Please contact us via mail: [email protected]
? Which Tools or Features are currently affected by the extended Usage Limits?
The 1v1 Matchup Tool offers unlimited usage for Supporters. Supporters can also create up to 20 hero lists with up to 50 heroes in each list on the dashboard.
? What's the difference between the plans?
Both plans give you the exact same features and benefits. The monthly subscription is $5/month with card & google pay payments only, while the 3-month pass is $15 upfront and also offers Paypal.
? Can I use PayPal for the monthly subscription?
No, PayPal doesn't support recurring payments through Stripe subscriptions. If you want to use PayPal, choose the 3-month pass option which accepts PayPal, Google Pay, and other payment methods.
? Can I cancel my monthly subscription anytime?
Yes! Monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime through the billing portal. You'll continue to enjoy supporter benefits until the end of your current billing period. One-time payments automatically expire after 3 months.
? Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor trusted by millions of businesses worldwide. We never see or store your payment details - everything is handled securely by Stripe.
